PARS‑Antimony® is a sterile, non‑pyrogen injectable radiopharmaceutical kit intended for lymphoscintigraphy. After radiolabeling with Tc‑99m, it is used for SPECT imaging to evaluate the lymphatic system. The Antimony kit is intended solely for diagnostic use and for the preparation of 99mTc‑Antimony Trisulfide.
- Imaging of the lymphatic system (lymphoscintigraphy) to assess the pathway and function of lymphatic vessels and to detect their obstruction.
- Localization of lymph nodes along the tumor drainage pathway, such as in breast cancer, melanoma, and certain head and neck cancers.
- Assessment of lymphatic fluid accumulation in the thoracic cavity (chylothorax).
The PARS‑Antimony kit is manufactured under aseptic conditions. After radiolabeling with a specified amount of sterile, non‑pyrogen sodium pertechnetate injection (Na⁹⁹ᵐTcO₄) — eluted from a ⁹⁹Mo/⁹⁹ᵐTc generator — the preparation is ready for subcutaneous administration. The dose to be used will be prescribed by the physician.

- Store the PARS‑Antimony® kit in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) and protected from light. The cold chain must be maintained under all circumstances.
- After radiolabeling, 99mTc‑Antimony Trisulfide remains stable for up to 4 hours at 15°C to 25°C.
- The PARS‑Antimony® kit should not be used after the expiration date.
